Not only do we clean your gutters, but we also offer a specialized service to brighten and wash your eaves-trough, enhancing the overall appearance of your home. This additional step ensures a thorough solution to your gutter maintenance needs.

Roof Sweep

Our experienced professionals utilize state-of-the-art equipment to blow off debris from your roof. Our crew will ensure the property is clean prior to departure. This is ideal for homes with gutter guards or heavy debris on top of roof. Gutter cleaning and removal gutter guards is not included.

Pricing

At PHAT Gutter Cleaning, we understand that each property is unique. Our pricing is based on property/home size, elevation and equipment required. If this is your first cleaning, discount will be applied on final balance still owed and will not be reflected during checkout. If choosing more than 1 service book them separately and allow 3 hours between appointments.

Payment Terms

To secure your booked appointment and initiate our services, we request a $50 or $100 deposit, depending on the service. This deposit serves as a commitment and ensures that your scheduled appointment is reserved exclusively for your property. Following the completion of the job, you can pay us the rest of the fee. If you wish to reschedule your cleaning, please login to your account and pick a new date. Note you must reschedule a week or more before your appointment. If you wish to cancel your booked appointment refund will be issued if 7 days or more. Loss of deposit if sooner. If weather is an issue and we reschedule your booking, deposit will not be lost.
